The benefits of a great electrician

Human nature tends to take things for granted until a situation arises that makes us appreciate things more. There are many electricians but then there are GREAT electricians.

I've asked around to see what makes an electrician a great one ( keep in mind I'm bias to this point) I was surprised with the answers I got.

Some of the key points that make an electrician GREAT would be:

Experience
Quick on solutions
Reliability
Affordability
Availability
Knowledge & wisdom
Access to permits and insurance as requested per local laws
Knowledge on all other trades
Trustworthy
Ability to read plans well
Ability to communicate well with contractors, customers, engineers

I am sure we can all add more but these are some of the key features that make an electrician stand out from a good one to a GREAT one.

The fact is for the most part we as humans should recognize talent and be able to retain it when found. I find that due to instant gratification our society is loosing appreciation on the great because it wants to find a quick or very inexpensive fix but at the same time expects great service.
